These Terms outline the relationship between Nordic Comfort and you, specifying the conditions under which the Website is provided, the sale of products ("Products") through the Website, and the general terms related to your use of the Website and the purchase of Products. You may not use this Website or make any purchases on it if you do not accept these Terms.
3. These Terms are effective as of 15 March 2026. Nordic Comfort reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Website. Nordic Comfort recommends visiting the Website regularly to check for any changes and reviewing the Terms each time you purchase a Product. By continuing to use this Website, you explicitly agree to the updated Terms.
4. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights, whether you are purchasing as a consumer or not.

Registration and Account Security

1. In order to purchase products through the Website, you must register with Nordic Comfort. You are eligible to create an account or make purchases only if your membership has not been previously suspended or revoked by Nordic Comfort.
2. You are responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential and for preventing unauthorized access to your account. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. It is important to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account information has been compromised or there is unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Nordic Comfort immediately.
3. By submitting your details, you confirm that the information you provide to Nordic Comfort is accurate and complete. You agree to promptly notify Nordic Comfort of any changes to this information, such as a new email address or postal address. You can access and update your details in the "My Account" section of the Website.
4. You will not be charged by Nordic Comfort for registering an account, browsing, or posting content. However, you will be responsible for paying the price of the products you purchase, including any applicable taxes, import/export duties, and delivery costs.
5. Nordic Comfort reserves the right to deny access to the Website, terminate accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If Nordic Comfort cancels an order, there will be no charge to you.

Product Information Disclaimer

1. Nordic Comfort is not the manufacturer of the products and services available on the Website. While Nordic Comfort makes every effort to ensure the information on the Website is accurate, it does not guarantee that the descriptions are reliable, current, complete, or error-free. 2. Nordic Comfort has made efforts to accurately display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of products on the Website. However, the actual colors you see may vary depending on your monitor's display and resolution. Therefore, Nordic Comfort cannot guarantee that the color shown on your monitor will exactly match the true color of the product delivered. Additionally, Nordic Comfort reserves the right to modify the sizes, specifications, and quantities of products without prior notice.

Order Privacy and Payment Details

1. When you place an order for products, Nordic Comfort collects certain personal and transactional information such as your name, address, and email address. For information on how Nordic Comfort utilizes this data, please refer to the privacy policy provided by Nordic Comfort.
2. You can pay for the products you order online using your credit/debit card through a secure online order form, or you can opt to pay with cash upon delivery. Please note that Nordic Comfort does not accept checks, gift vouchers, or similar payment methods on the website.
3. Upon placing your order, Nordic Comfort’s system will request authorization from your card provider for the transaction amount. If authorization is confirmed, your card issuer will reserve the funds awaiting payment to Nordic Comfort. However, providing your credit card details and the deduction of funds do not imply Nordic Comfort’s acceptance of your order.
4. Certain products may be available for pre-order. To reserve these products, simply add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. The release date provided is the expected availability date of the product in our UAE stores and is subject to change based on our suppliers' information. Your card will be charged, and the product will be reserved once stock is received on or after the release date. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after completing your transaction, and a notification by email when your product is ready for collection.
5. Nordic Comfort accepts orders based on product availability. If the products you ordered are not available, Nordic Comfort will contact you using the details provided at the time of order to either offer an alternative product of similar quality and price or cancel the order and refund you for the unavailable product.
6. Products are invoiced in AED at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Despite efforts to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. If an error is found in the price of the products you have ordered, Nordic Comfort will contact you to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If contact cannot be established, Nordic Comfort will treat the order as cancelled.
7. You agree to pay the total amount due for your products as indicated during the order process, along with any applicable shipping fees or charges. If payment authorization is not granted, Nordic Comfort will cancel your order and seek an alternative payment method.
8. It is your responsibility to monitor the status of your order. Please note, for security reasons, do not send payment details via email as Nordic Comfort cannot ensure the security of data sent by this method.
9. Nordic Comfort will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your personal and transactional information unless this breach results from negligence or fraudulent behavior by Nordic Comfort.
10. Nordic Comfort reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or part, particularly if the order includes more than two units of the same item.
11. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use this website and make purchases.
12. Nordic Comfort reserves the right to limit promotional orders to a maximum of two units per order.

Cancellation and Returns Policy (Time FRAME)

1. If you need to cancel your order, please contact Nordic Comfort’s customer service as soon as possible. Due to the speed at which we process orders, it may not always be possible to prevent the shipment of the order.
2. If you believe a product is defective, it must be inspected by a Nordic Comfort -designated authorized service center to confirm its condition before a refund or exchange is processed.
3. If you're unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
4. If you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service team immediately, and they will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. Alternatively, if you prefer to return the incorrect item in person, email us at [email protected]
5. Once Nordic Comfort has dispatched your order, you cannot cancel any additional services requested, such as gift wrapping. However, upon receiving your cancellation request for a product, Nordic Comfort will refund the applicable portion of the purchase price.
6. In cases where Nordic Comfort approves a refund, the sum will be returned to the same credit card used in the initial purchase. If the order was paid in cash upon delivery, a refund is possible only at the Nordic Comfort store.
7. You may exchange an item purchased on the website or in-store within 15 working days from the date of receipt. The exchange must be done in person at Nordic Comfort stores in the UAE, and the product’s packaging must remain unopened.
8. Nordic Comfort reserves the right to refuse a refund for any products that appear to have been used (including but not limited to tampered packaging or products not returned in their original packaging).
9. All pre-orders and customized products whether made online or in-store, are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Delivery Terms

1. If the ordered items are not delivered within the timeframe specified, please contact customer service, mentioning the order reference from your confirmation email.
2. Delivery is completed once the ordered products are delivered to the specified delivery address provided when placing your order. You may be required to sign for the receipt of the goods to confirm their accuracy and satisfactory condition.
3. If you are not available at the delivery address Nordic Comfort will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
4. Please note that delivery personnel will only deliver the products to your front door.

1. Nordic Comfort exclusively delivers to addresses within the UAE.
2. If you are using a foreign credit or debit card, please be aware that banks may impose fees for international transactions. Nordic Comfort is not responsible for any charges applied by banks. Additionally, the amount charged to your card will reflect the product's price in AED, which will be converted into your card’s currency at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the banks.
3. Kindly note that the amount charged to your card will be in AED, converted to the currency of your bank operator at the prevailing conversion rate.

Terms of Website Use

1. Nordic Comfort makes every effort to provide accurate information on this website, but there may be times when the information is not completely correct. It is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of any details you use, and your use of this website is at your own risk. If you notice any discrepancies, please reach out to Nordic Comfort by phone or email.

Nordic Comfort will not be held liable for any losses you incur due to a breach of these Terms, even if such losses were reasonably foreseeable by both parties when the contract for the sale of Products by Nordic Comfort to you was formed (i.e., when Nordic Comfort sends the confirmation email). Nordic Comfort is not liable for any business-related losses (such as loss of revenue, profits, contracts, expected savings, wasted expenditure, data, or goodwill) or any other loss or damage that does not directly result from Nordic Comfort’s actions or those of Nordic Comfort’s subcontractors or agents, is consequential in nature, or was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract was made.
2. Without limiting the above, you acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, neither Nordic Comfort, its suppliers, nor any of Nordic Comfort’s employees, agents, or contractors shall be held liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss, or claim, whether direct or indirect, suffered by any individual:
   • Due to any material, including statements made by any other user of the Website or any other person;
   • In relation to the failure of any material (including any order for a product) to be received on the Website due to technical problems or traffic congestion;
   • rising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any network, lines, or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this Website;
   • Arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this Website;
   • As a result of the communication of the Website to the public, the exploitation of the Website, or any promotional activities relating to the Website.

Nordic Comfort will not be liable for any losses you suffer as a direct result of Nordic Comfort’s breach of these Terms, even if such losses were reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract for the sale of Products by Nordic Comfort to you was established (i.e., when Nordic Comfort sends the confirmation email). Nordic Comfort is not responsible for any business-related losses (such as loss of revenue, profits, contracts, expected savings, wasted expenditure, data, or goodwill), or any other loss or damage that does not directly result from Nordic Comfort’s actions or those of Nordic Comfort’s subcontractors or agents, is consequential in nature, or was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties when the contract was made.

Security

1. If you find the website or any of its content or materials unsatisfactory, your only option is to discontinue using it. Moreover, you acknowledge that any unauthorized use of the website and its services resulting from your negligent actions or omissions would cause irreparable harm to Nordic Comfort.
